Hi Candice Alström, nice writing on this Vietnamese chocolate, it looks they have been doing a good job. Normaly I receive this week the bars from Marou and I'm very curious about there taste. In the recent past I did tried some Vietnamese chocolate from Artisan du Chocolate (London), not good! and of Via Chocolate (Paris) better but they could not convince me of the beauty and taste of there chocolate. I really hope this is much better (and if I read your comments, they should) so in the future I could follow the brand and sel them in Belgium in my shop, thanks for the good review and please continue your good work for chocolate, Geert. www.patisserievercruysse.be
